The Solution
Blueinit uses Centrali's multi-tenant workspace architecture to run all their applications from a single account. Each application has its own workspace with isolated data and permissions.
Multi-Tenant Workspaces

Role-Based Permissions
Portal clients only see their data. Store admins only access their assigned stores. Agency team has full access to all workspaces.
Serverless Functions
Automated workflows: client onboarding, invoice generation, store performance reports, and email notifications.
Search Across Data
Find any client, project, or store instantly. Search respects workspace boundaries—users only find their own data.
Real-Time Dashboard
Store admin shows live order counts, revenue, and inventory alerts. Portal shows project status updates.
